Level Playing Field Institute's K-12 & Higher Education Research Agenda examines inequity and bias in educational contexts and examines ways to improve educational outcomes and increase access to higher education for students of color.

The K-12 and Higher Education research agenda:

• Expands understanding of how hidden bias operates within educational contexts and creates disparate outcomes for students of color;
• Examines ways to improve STEM teaching and preparation in K-12 for underrepresented students;
• Documents the impact of summer enrichment and scholarship programs in STEM for high school and college students of color; and
• Examines ways to increase access, enrollment, retention, and graduation rates in STEM for students of color.
