Workplace Fairness Programs
LPFI's Workplace Fairness Program studies hidden biases and barriers in workplaces and develops research and innovative tools to mitigate them.
APRIL 2010: LPFI Workplace Programs is seeking large and start-up tech companies to sign up as participants for an exciting new research study on how different groups perceive subtle bias and unfairness in hiring, performance review and promotion decisions in tech workplaces. Find out how to participate.
Our Approach
Given the ineffectiveness of traditional one-size-fits-all diversity programs, we reframe the diversity conversation and understand how hidden biases adversely impact the recruitment, development and retention of diverse and talented employees.
- We provide companies with tools and resources to combat bias and unfair practices while creating more equitable, inclusive workplaces for all employees.
- We produce quantitative research findings.
- We believe in the power of sharing experiences as a way to build empathy and cultural understanding in organizations.
